Mark installed a multi-head air-conditioner in our apartment. The price was reasonable compared to other quotes we received and the work was done quickly and professionally. Highly recommended.

Mark was extremely professional and helpful in installing a split-system air-conditioner/heater for my main living room. We also negotiated some extra work, including installing a ceiling fan in my lounge room. He was quick, efficient, and cost-effective. I am very happy to highly recommend Mark.

Very happy with Bliss - dealt with Mark direct to cover all costings, variations and installations. Mark knew his stuff and was also able to offer some advice on the motor sizing as well as zoning. Like all jobs there were a couple of issues along the way but we were able to get them sorted quickly and prices adjusted that was ok with me. Good to work with the person who quotes the job and follows up hands on to get it complete Lastly, we have a young family and all of us were totally comfortable with Mark and his people in the house with us while the work was done.

Mark helped us out with and the replacement of an oven circuit and installation of an A/C unit. From the get go, Mark was responsive and punctual - a hard quality to find these days. Mark turned up when he said he would, did the job in the time frame quoted and stayed on budget. Mark was willing to take time to do some extra quotes for us and took the time to explain his work. Overall I'd say on of the last of the honest and genuine tradies getting around. We'll definitely be using his services again.
